Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at 203-856-0621.

• You may cancel any time up to ten (10) days before your party for no charge.

• If you cancel between nine (9) and three (3) days before your party, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

• If you cancel within the three (3) final days before your event, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to one-half (1/2) of the rental cost.

Weather-Related Cancellations

To waive cancellation fees due to weather, you must call the number above, and the reason must be mutually agreed upon by CTBounce and the customer. We are very flexible and will do our best to help you reschedule.

 

Acceptable weather-related cancellation reasons include:

• A 50% or greater chance of heavy and steady rain

• Sustained winds over 20 mph

• Natural disasters

• Poor air quality
