Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at 203-856-0621. You can cancel at any time ten (10) days before your party for no charge. If you decide to cancel anytime within nine to three (9-3) days before your party, we have the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel any time within those final three (3) days before your party, we have the right to charge you a cancellation fee equaling one third (1/3) of the cost of the unit. If canceling due to the weather forecast, the cancellation fee can be waived by calling the number listed above; however, said reason for cancellation must be agreed upon by both CTBounce and the customer. We are very flexible and will do our best to work with you to re-schedule as well.
